Crunchy Nachos believes in providing there customers the best online shopping experience with hassle free and reliable shipping and delivery across India. We ensure that the purchased product(s) reaches you as fast as possible and also in the best conditions.

·     What is the Delivery Time Period?
After confirmation over the call or WhatsApp, we try to dispatch the order within 24 working hours of getting the order confirmation. Usually orders within India are delivered within 7-10 working days. Delivery in some pincodes and states might take longer than the usual time.
However, in case the COD orders if the order is not confirmed by the customer within 5 days, the order is automatically cancelled and the customer has to contact us for a reorder.

·    What are the shipping charges?
Shipping all over INDIA is free on orders below ₹599
At Crunchy Nachos we provide Free Standard Shipping for all COD and Prepaid Orders. above ₹599. Standard Shipping Charge of ₹50 is applied for orders below ₹599. Shipping of orders usually takes 7-10 working days to get delivered after the order is confirmed. There will be an extra Rs.100 shipping charge if you choose an express shipping as your Delivery Method. Express Shipping usually takes 3-4 days working days to get delivered from the date of order confirmation.

·     How can you change your Shipping details?
We do have an option of altering you address or phone number. However, it is only possible till the time the order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to alter your shipping details.
